What a wonderful day of learning and activity we had in Carlingford yesterday! Celia & John welcomed us to the library again and we had a great story-time, learned about how the library works and completed some Spring activity packs. We started to get hungry after all that work and so headed to King John's Castle for our picnic. What a picturesque setting! Ms.McKevitt shared some knowledge about the castle and we adventured down towards the village again where we talked about the boats, enjoyed the sunshine and then headed towards the playground. The sun shone and we were all tired-out after a truly fabulous day in the fresh air! Maith sibh buachaillí & cailíní!
