What fun we had in school celebrating books and stories! The Student Council organised a daily activity and the Infants organised a 'Design a Bookmark' competition.
Reading Buddies is always a favourite as we buddy up with our friends in other classes.
Each pupil took in a book that they really enjoyed and the Student Council organised a Book Sale. On Friday each class got to visit our book shop. We had a wonderful week reading stories and celebrating our love of books.
Our annual 'Dress-Up as a Book Character' was so much fun! The efforts of our boys and girls every year never cease to amaze us. Wow! Each pupil was entered in to a competition and 22 pupils won book tokens for their costume efforts! Maith sibh a pháistí!
